Who This Is For
Chingona, Does This Sound Like You?
Maybe you’ve:
● Challenged a system that wasn’t working.
● Broken a family cycle you were told would never change.
● Advocated for people whose voices weren’t being heard.
● Made a decision that changed your life or someone else’s.
● Questioned rules that everybody else accepted.
● Built something meaningful without waiting for permission.
Maybe your story involves immigration, identity, leadership, motherhood, community, or starting over.
What matters isn’t how impressive your story sounds. It’s what somebody else can learn from it.
If you’ve been wondering whether your story is worth telling, I want you to consider something:
What if your experience is exactly what another woman needs to read?
What is the Chingona Playbook?
More Than a Book. A Collection of Lessons From Women Like You and Me

Chingona Playbook™ is an anthology series published by Mi Sí House, bringing together women who share the experiences, decisions, and lessons that shaped who they are today.
Each volume explores a different theme through the voices of women who’ve lived it.
Our first volume, Secrets to Dance to Your Own Beat, brought together 21 women who shared their stories of identity, resilience, reinvention, leadership, and finding their own rhythm.
Now, Volume 2, Secrets to Rewriting the Rules, is about women who didn’t just question the rules. They did something about them.
Because sometimes the most powerful playbook is the one we write ourselves.

Meet Your Publisher
Meet Miriam Simon, Your Publisher
I’m a first-generation LGBTQ+ Mexicana, executive, author, leadership coach, and founder of Mi Sí House. I’ve spent years combining street wisdom with corporate strategy, questioning expectations, and creating opportunities that didn’t exist before.
I published Tattoos & Pearls: Combining Street Wisdom with Corporate Strategy because I knew the lessons I’d learned deserved a place beyond the conversations where they were first shared.
Then I created The Chingona Playbook because I knew I wasn’t the only woman with lessons worth passing on.
In 2026, 21 women became published co-authors through our first volume. Now we’re bringing together the next group of women who are rewriting the rules.
My job isn’t to tell you what your story should be. It’s to help you tell the one that’s yours.

21 Women. 21 Stories. One Powerful Beginning.

In September 2026, the Chingona Playbook: Secrets to Dance to Your Own Beat launched with 21 co-authors.
The book earned Amazon Hot New Release recognition and reached #2 on an Amazon bestseller list.
But beyond the rankings, 21 women now have their stories in a published book.
They shared lessons about identity, courage, reinvention, leadership, relationships, and the decisions that shaped their lives.
And we’re just getting started.
