This is My Story
I help leaders stop proving and start leading.
I’m Miriam Simon, executive coach, leadership strategist, author, speaker, and founder of Mi Sí Coaching & Consulting. I work with high-achieving leaders, especially those who have had to build themselves without a clear model in front of them, to lead with more truth, more authority, and less fear.
My work was born from lived experience.
As a Latina, an LGBTQ+ woman, a mother, and a mother of a daughter with disabilities, I learned early that traditional leadership models were not created with all of us in mind. Too often, leadership asks people to separate who they are from how they lead. I do not believe in that.
I believe your lived experience is not a liability.
It is leadership intelligence.
That is why I created a different kind of space. One where street wisdom and corporate strategy can exist together. One where leaders do not have to shrink, perform, or become someone else to be taken seriously. One where bold truth, cultural insight, and real strategy come together.
My mission is simple: I take away the pressure to prove and replace it with the power to lead.
Through coaching, speaking, writing, and leadership development, I help people own their voice, trust their instincts, and lead sin miedo. Because the future does not need more polished leaders pretending. It needs whole leaders who know who they are and are willing to lead from that place.
